Thomas E. Phillips – Bio
Mr. Phillips is the President of Keiser Phillips Associates (KPA), an international business consultancy firm that specializes in airline logistics, airports and airport/air cargo related facility planning and marketing issues He has over 30 years of aviation and transportation planning experience and has participated in numerous high visibility and technically complex airport, air cargo and aviation system planning projects throughout the world. His primary areas of responsibility have included project management, strategic business planning, forecasting and the physical planning of runways, terminal areas, and air cargo complexes. He has managed and produced airport master plans; national, state, and regional aviation system plans; air cargo marketing studies; airport logistics park development plans. Some of his recent projects include a strategic air cargo marketing plan for JFK Airport, the air cargo demand forecast for Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport, and a study of FTZs for the Shanghai Airport Authority. He graduated with a MA from Rutgers University. Mr. Phillips divides his time between KPA’s Seattle and Shanghai offices.
